I am recently placed as Stat programmer in USA. At the end of the training i was thoroughly exposed to most of the domains in SDTM and was able to program SDTM specifications. I was also able to produce ADAM databases and produce TLFs. One and half month after the training i got 2 offers in the US and presently in my day to day responsibilities, i am using what i learned at the academy. I have tried studied SDTM and ADAM from youtube and google. I took Self paced training, never came across such detailed sessions Abhi has able to transfer his expertise and knowledge to us. One thing to add on, detailed videos generally people don’t make as they primary focus is on giving the beginner knowledge, however Abhi has transferred all his knowledge for experience or Beginners.
